1Home Server Privacy Policy
1Home Server collects some Personal Data from its Users.
This document can be printed for reference by using the print command in the settings of any browser.
Data Storage and Usage
Data Stored in Owner's Cloud from 1Home Server
- We store data from the user's 1Home Server device, including the current device version, hardware details (e.g., serial number, MAC address), and IP address. This data is necessary to facilitate automatic updates.
- During optional automatic ETS device detection, we temporarily extract the user's ETS project file (.knxproj) to our cloud. The extracted metadata is automatically deleted after 1 hour. Users can choose to allow permanent storage of this ETS detection metadata for algorithm improvement purposes during each upload to automatic ETS detection.
- If the user connects their 1Home Server to 1Home Remote Dashboard (remote.1Home.io), we store the list of remote projects with access to the user's 1Home Server and the history of remote connection sessions to the 1Home Server through Remote Dashboard. This enables users to track who accessed their 1Home Server remotely.
Data Collected in Owner's Cloud for 1Home Remote Dashboard (remote.1Home.io)
- We store the user's email, first name, last name, and manually input project details. We also maintain a history of remote connection sessions to the user's 1Home Server device, allowing users to monitor access by Remote Dashboard users.
For detailed information on the processing of the mentioned personal data, consult 1Home Privacy Policy on the data referred to in the 1Home Server Privacy Policy. 1Home Server and 1Home Remote Dashboard collect exclusively data referred to in this section of the privacy policy, however the detailed information on how these limited data are processed is the same as for the other 1Home products.
Cookies
Interaction with live chat platforms
This type of service allows Users to interact with third-party live chat platforms directly from the pages of this Application, in order to contact and be contacted by this Application‘s support service. If one of these services is installed, it may collect browsing and Usage Data in the pages where it is installed, even if the Users do not actively use the service. Moreover, live chat conversations may be logged.
Intercom (Intercom Inc.)
Intercom is a User database management service provided by Intercom Inc., Intercom R&D Unlimited Company, Intercom Software Australia Pty Ltd or by Intercom Software UK Limited, depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing. Intercom can also be used as a medium for communications, either through email, or through messages within this Application. Intercom Messenger may use Trackers to recognize and track Users behavior. Personal Data processed: Data communicated while using the service, email address, Trackers, Universally unique identifier (UUID), Usage Data and various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.

Registration and authentication
By registering or authenticating, Users allow this Application to identify them and give them access to dedicated services.
Displaying content from external platforms
This type of service allows you to view content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of this Application and interact with them. This type of service might still collect web traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when Users do not use it.
Google Fonts (Google Inc.)
Google Fonts is a typeface visualization service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing, that allows this Application to incorporate content of this kind on its pages. Personal Data processed: Trackers and Usage Data.

YouTube video widget
YouTube is a video content visualization service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing, that allows this Application to incorporate content of this kind on its pages. Personal Data processed: Tracker and Usage Data.

Analytics (not used in 1Home Server)
The services contained in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behavior.
Google Analytics (Google Inc.)
Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Owner manages the Data processing, (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. Personal Data processed: Cookies and Usage Data.
