Missing your Matter device type? ​

In most cases we can quite easily add more Matter device types to the 1Home Server. But since we do not have every possible Matter device available in-house we need your help.

There are two ways you can help us bring more device types to the 1Home Server:

1. Pair your Matter device with the 1Home Server. Go under Integrations -> Matter Controller and click the Debug Info butten next to the device. Download the file and share it with our support. We can then look into what is needed for the support of your device.
2. Simply send the Matter device to our engineering department and we will get it ready for use with the 1Home Server. Contact our support to get the shipping address.
