You can also always control KNX and Matter devices side by side in 1Home mobile app or in Apple Home, Google Home and other smart assistants.

Option 1: Combine KNX and Matter devices in 1Home Automations ​

You can create automations with 1Home Automations and use both KNX and Matter devices interchangeably. This way you can use a KNX push button to control a Matter light. Or a Matter push button to control KNX devices. Or any other combination of Matter and KNX devices.

Option 2: Map Matter devices directly to KNX group addresses in ETS ​

We are working on that! 1Home Server will automatically generate KNX group objects for your Matter devices to which you will be able to link group addresses. This way you will be able to use your Matter devices in KNX and ETS the way you are used to. Stay tuned for more information. Until then, use the Option 1 described above.
