The first one we’d like to present is Satja Lumbar , our new COO and an adept professional in the field of wired smart homes and wireless IoT devices. With phD in Automation, 10+ years of experience in the field of process & building automation and personal interest in smart homes he is an invaluable source of knowledge. With 1000+ smart home projects in 15 markets worldwide under his belt he has an unique understanding of the needs of smart home integrators who need to solve their issues today rather than tomorrow and thus reduce the number of required end-customer visits.

The second one, covering the German-speaking market, is our new Head of Partnerships - Germany - with 20 years of experience in partner management who will cooperate with 1Home partners on independent 1Home Bridge sales and assistant integrations.
With appointment of these highly skilled professionals we aim to turn our focus on our partners needs both in the area of sales and technical integration.
That said, we will divide partner support from end-customer support and give you, our esteemed partners, an option to solve project-related issues directly, just by scheduling a call with the 1Home team at the time slot that suits you best. Let’s solve all outstanding issues then and there, while you are on terrain with your customer. This will consequently minimize the number of required end-customer project visits.
On the sales side we are introducing a major change in communicating our promo campaigns to our partners and prolonging our partner promo campaigns (in relation to the end-customer campaigns). Our aim is to guarantee price protection for you, our partners. This way you will be able to offer additional discounts to your customers or simply raise your margins for the no-promotion periods.
